Our comprehensive financial reports are easy to understand. A full report will be left with you to use as a reference during the next audit period. In addition, the reports can be emailed to you and anyone else that you nominate.
The BIG 3 Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are:

Gross Profit %
What is the result ? Has it changed since the last audit? What is the historical trend? Do I need to take any action? - Gross Profit
How much Gross Profit has been generated from sales this audit period? How does this compare to the same period last year? Will it cover the wages and other operating costs of the business? - Surplus/ Deficit
Has all of the consumed stock been accounted for in terms of sales in the till? What is missing?

- Stock variance report – a line by line report on the surplus or deficit for every single product by quantity and sales value
- Product sales – for every products line by line
- Gross Profit % - for every product at a glance
- Stock holding – in days. Helps with planning orders and identifies overstocking.
- Purchases – detailing quantity, cost and supplier for every item purchased during the audit period
